Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver

WORKING AT OATH –
Working with Oath is an opportunity to build and develop relationships within the Craft Beer Industry.
Oath is looking for a detail-oriented employee with an understanding of outstanding customer service and a passion for craft beer. This position requires on-site work at Oath’s Warren warehouse along with delivering across a statewide distribution footprint.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Arriving at the warehouse daily for pre-trip inspection and warehouse duties (early mornings are expected)
- After hours order picking (1-2 days per week)
- Verifying accuracy and proper loading of product onto truck
- Accurately delivering and unloading product at specified accounts
- Collecting payment for product and managing/updating invoices as needed
- Resolving and reporting customer issues or requests professionally
- Safely operating an assigned delivery vehicle according to DOT rules and regulations
- Verifying any returns, empty containers and payments collected
- Working with the warehouse manager on receiving and organizing shipments

REQUIREMENTS –
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work with varying shift end times
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull an average of 50 pounds and lift/move up to 165 pounds of kegs and packaged product

WORK ENVIRONMENT –
- Job is performed inside and outside retail buildings, including in basements with low ceiling heights and tight hallways
- Exposure to variable weather conditions and walk-in cooler temperatures

JOB TYPE AND PAY –
- 20-30 hours weekly
- Non-remote
- $15-17/hr based on experience
- Health insurance provided
